Inconel 625

INCONEL 625 ist eine wärmebeständige korrosionsfeste Nickellegierung.
Dieser Werkstoff ist verschleiß- und bruchfest und ermöglicht die Herstellung von endgültigen Elementen, die durch Wärmebeständigkeit und hohen Widerstand gegen Materialermüdung charakterisiert sind, auch wenn sie sich in einer oxidierenden Atmosphäre befinden.
Seine eigene Lochfraßkorrosion eignet sich für Meerwasser.
Das Werkstück kann, falls notwendig, geschweißt, dem Drahterodieren oder der Feinstrahlung unterzogen, poliert oder beschichtet werden.
Normalerweise werden die Erzeugnisse aus dieser Legierung einer Wärmebehandlung unterzogen, um ihre mechanischen Eigenschaften zu verbessern.
